Possible Storage Costs
No Storage Costs for High Turnover Rate: If the inventory turnover rate (ITR) of an item is 3 or higher, no storage costs are incurred.
Calculation of Inventory Turnover Rate: The inventory turnover rate is calculated by dividing the number of items sold by the average inventory.
The formula is: Inventory Turnover Rate (ITR) = ItemsSold / AverageInventory
For example: ItemsSold = 800 / AverageInventory = 250 yields an inventory turnover rate (ITR) of 3.2 = no storage costs
Storage Costs for Low Turnover Rate: For items with an inventory turnover rate below 3, storage costs of €0.18 per cubic meter per day are applied.
This means that products with a high turnover (i.e., those that are sold and restocked frequently) do not incur storage costs. However, products that remain in storage for longer periods will incur additional costs.

DDU -- Delivered duty unpaid
Only in the case that the expected customs duties are relatively high is the Incoterm DDP agreed upon.
Which Products and How much to Ship
Ultimately, it is your decision which products and quantities you would like to supply. However, we recommend starting with smaller quantities initially to gain experience with the inventory turnover rate.
How to Initiate the Process with Purmax
To initiate the process, we kindly ask you to provide us with the item numbers, product titles, detailed descriptions, prices, and the planned quantities in an Excel spreadsheet. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could inform us when the first shipment is expected to arrive at the Purmax warehouse.
