Dealers are responsible for processing the returns themselves and can only return items to our warehouse after consultation and approval.
The return shipping costs are at the expense of our customer.
If a package is returned because the recipient's address is incorrect or the recipient has refused acceptance, our customer bears the shipping costs there and back.
If the recipient address is correct but the parcel service provider has not found the address, PURMAX or Lars Rensing e.K. bear the return shipping costs.
In the event that we accept returns, we will credit the invoice amount less 15%, but no more than the respective market value. A further deduction of 15% on the invoice amount will be charged for our expenses on the part of the return.
